When you join the priority list we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number (or WhatsApp), city and country. We also record the date and time of your consent and, for technical and security purposes, the browser used.

To contact you ahead of everyone else about the Early Bird opening, the first announced artists, the hotel, the programme and the main news of Roma Kizomba Festival 2027, and to manage your booking if you make one.

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Up to 12 months after the end of the 2027 festival, or until you withdraw your consent. After that, the data is deleted.

Only the festival organisers can access the data. It is stored on the infrastructure of providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Neon Inc. (database), with servers in the European Union [CONFIRM THE CHOSEN REGION]. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive a copy of it, or object to its processing, by writing to kizomba.roma@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

The public website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking tools. One technical cookie is used exclusively in the organisers' private area.
