Privacy notice

When you join the priority list we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (or WhatsApp), city and country. If you only subscribe to the newsletter, we collect just your email address. In both cases we record the date and time of your consent and, for technical and security reasons, the browser you used.

To contact you before anyone else about the Early Bird opening, the first artists, the hotel, the programme and the main news of Roma Kizomba Festival 2027, and to manage your booking if you make one. We only send festival news by email if you agreed to receive it, and every email includes a link to unsubscribe.

The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

Up to 12 months after the end of the 2027 festival, or until you withdraw your consent. After that, the data is deleted.

Only the festival organisers can access your data. It is stored by providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Neon Inc. (database) and Resend Inc. (email delivery), with servers in the European Union [CONFIRM THE CHOSEN REGION]. In news emails, Resend records opens and clicks, which we only use to see which content interests people. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive a copy of it, or object to its processing, by writing to kizomba.roma@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

The public website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking tools. The only cookie is a technical one, used only in the organisers' private area.
